HolaCam respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that occur on the HolaCam platform.
If you believe content on HolaCam infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:

If material you posted was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
HolaCam terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
