Before you tap: you need exactly nothing

No account, no email, no download. The only thing that happens before your first chat is your browser asking permission to use the camera and microphone — that prompt comes from your browser, not from us, and you can revoke it any time in your browser settings. Minute 0: the match

You press Start and see a brief searching screen while the system pairs you with another person who is online right now. This usually takes a few seconds — sometimes less. There is no browsing, no profiles to judge or be judged by: one moment you're waiting, the next there is a real face on your screen.

The first ten seconds: just say hola

The opening is simpler than you fear. A wave and a "hey, where are you from?" carries almost every first chat. People skip because of language, timezone, mood, or nothing at all. Ten seconds later they're talking to someone else, and so are you. No explanations owed in either direction.

After the call: nothing follows you

When a chat ends, it ends.
