HolaCam is a 1v1 video chat platform intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By accessing or using HolaCam you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Our commitment

• Adults only. Minors are not permitted to create sessions, match, or communicate on HolaCam under any circumstances.
• Active enforcement. Our 24/7 moderation team and automated systems monitor the platform for indications that a user may be under 18.
• Immediate removal. Any account or session reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor is terminated immediately and the user is blocked from re-joining.
• No data retention. Video sessions are not recorded or stored, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Reporting an under-age user

If you believe someone on HolaCam is under 18, end the chat and use the in-chat Report button, or contact us at [email protected] (subject line: "Under-age report"). Reports of this kind are reviewed with the highest priority.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed HolaCam, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. We also encourage the use of parental-control software and safe-browsing settings on shared devices.
